This Privacy Policy applies to the Electric Beat Entertainment website, including contact forms, venue booking requests, the promotional SMS opt-in page and related website services. It does not govern the independent practices of websites, social platforms, map providers or other third parties linked from this site.

Contact and booking forms may collect your name, business or venue name, role, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, venue type, website or social-page URL, service interests, event dates and times, recurring schedule, location, expected attendance, audience information, budget range, technical conditions, business goals and free-form details.

The SMS opt-in workflow may collect a mobile telephone number, consent checkbox status, consent language and version, source page, submission time and delivery or webhook status. Promotional SMS consent is separate from a general booking inquiry and is not required to request pricing or services.

Information collected automatically

The website may process basic technical information required to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested page, date and time, referral information and session identifiers. The production configuration stores a one-way hash of the IP address with inquiry and consent records rather than the plain address when logging is enabled.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a first-party session cookie for security functions such as cross-site request forgery protection, temporary form values, rate limiting and success or error messages. It is not used by Electric Beat to build an advertising profile. The site does not include third-party advertising cookies by default.

Information may be provided to telecommunications, cloud and messaging vendors solely to operate the Electricbeatdj.com promotional SMS program, deliver messages, process HELP or STOP requests, maintain suppression lists and document consent.

Temporary session information is generally removed when the browser session ends or after the server’s session cleanup process runs. An opt-out or suppression record may be retained to ensure that future promotional messages are not sent to a number that requested cancellation.

Electric Beat uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business website, including HTTPS-compatible secure cookies, CSRF tokens, server-side input validation, rate limiting, restricted storage directories, security headers and limited logging. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit payment-card information, passwords, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information through a website form.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with a website inquiry, subject to identity verification and any legal or operational need to retain the record. To stop promotional text messages, reply STOP to a message. To request help, reply HELP. Unsubscribing from promotional texts does not prevent Electric Beat from responding to a booking or customer-service request through another channel.

9. Children

This website and its inquiry forms are intended for venue owners, managers, planners and adults arranging entertainment. They are not directed to children under 13, and Electric Beat does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms.

10. External services and links

The website may link to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other external sites, and location pages may embed Google Maps. Opening or interacting with those services can allow the third party to process information under its own privacy policy. Electric Beat does not control those independent services.
