Website and inquiry terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Electric Beat Entertainment website, booking inquiry forms and promotional SMS program.
Effective date: August 1, 2026
By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. When you do not agree, do not use the applicable website feature.
1. Business information
Electric Beat Entertainment
300 Cabana BlvdPanama City Beach, FL 32407Phone: 850-771-8991
Email: djbrian@electricbeatdj.com
2. Website information is not a booking
Website pages describe general entertainment formats, planning considerations and service areas. Availability, equipment, staffing, pricing, travel, event duration and deliverables vary. No website statement, form submission, automated confirmation, email exchange or telephone conversation reserves a date unless Electric Beat expressly confirms the reservation through the applicable written agreement and required payment.
Search-engine, marketing and educational content discusses outcomes that entertainment may support, such as revenue, repeat visits, food or drink sales, retention, reviews and social engagement. These are planning opportunities, not promises or guarantees. Results depend on the venue, audience, offer, staffing, pricing, promotion, season, weather and other factors beyond Electric Beat’s control.
3. Booking inquiries and accurate information
You agree to provide current and accurate contact, venue, date, location, audience and technical information. You must be authorized to submit an inquiry for the named organization or event. You are responsible for promptly reporting material changes, including date, hours, attendance, location, room, weather plan, access, power, sound restrictions, content requirements and onsite contacts.
Electric Beat may decline an inquiry, request additional information or determine that a format is not appropriate for the proposed conditions. Estimates and proposals may expire or change when the details change.
4. Venue and planner responsibilities
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the venue or planner remains responsible for lawful operation of the property and event, permits, alcohol service, age restrictions, security, crowd control, lifeguards, weather decisions, emergency procedures, guest conduct, safe electrical service, safe load-in access, parking, protection from weather and compliance with noise rules and property policies.
Electric Beat personnel may pause or end performance when conditions reasonably appear unsafe, unlawful, threatening to people or equipment, or materially different from the agreed plan. Specific cancellation, rescheduling, payment and force-majeure terms belong in the signed agreement for the event.
5. Acceptable website use
You may use the website for lawful informational and booking purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security, probe or overload the server, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that impairs service, impersonate another person, send spam, interfere with forms, access restricted files, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, design, code, graphics, branding and original media are owned by Electric Beat Entertainment or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view, print or share a page for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not republish substantial content, remove attribution, create a competing copy, sell the content or use Electric Beat branding to imply endorsement without written permission.
References to songs, artists, venues, platforms or third-party marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship.
7. External links and embedded content
The website may link to social networks, maps and other third-party resources. Electric Beat does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accessibility, security, content, policies or transactions. Use of an external service is governed by that service’s terms.
8. Promotional SMS terms
By entering a mobile number on the promotional SMS opt-in page, checking the consent box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages from Electricbeatdj.com at the number provided. Messages may include event announcements, offers, discounts, presale opportunities, booking updates and occasional customer-care notifications.
- Message frequency varies, up to four messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
- You certify that you are the subscriber or customary user authorized to consent for the number.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of promotional messages does not cancel a separate service agreement and does not prevent necessary one-to-one communication about an inquiry or active booking when permitted. Mobile opt-in information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Electric Beat disclaims implied warranties concerning the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation. Electric Beat does not warrant search-engine rankings, traffic, venue revenue, attendance, reviews, sales or social-media results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Electric Beat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on general content, third-party services, unauthorized access or transmission errors. Any event-service liability is governed by the signed agreement applicable to that booking.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Electric Beat Entertainment and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, material misrepresentation in a submission, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of these terms.
12. Governing law and severability
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and dispute provisions in a signed service agreement control for that booking. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
13. Changes
Electric Beat may update these terms when website features, business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms may be directed to Electric Beat Entertainment using the address, telephone number or email listed in Section 1.
